Rule Updates:
The 2011 FIH Indoor & Outdoor rules books are now available in .pdf format on the links page or you can view the latest league rules on the WPHU site here.

Indoor hockey rule changes which took effect January 2011 can be viewed here.

As of June 2010, all green cards carry an automatic 2 minute suspension. You can view details on the WPHU site here.

Details of the FIH "free hit" rules which were implemented in international hockey as of May 2009 can be downloaded here. You can also download a basic presentation that was sent out by the WPHU here.

Clubhouse bar facilities:
Please remember that NO alcohol may be brought onto the premises at the Mutual CPUT Hockey Club/Oude Molen astro. This will be strictly enforced!

Anyone wanting to consume alcoholic beverages, must please make use of the Old Mutual Sports Club bar facilities next door.

Astro Advertising Boards:
We have now started looking for sponsors for the advertising boards that will go around the Astro, so if you are aware of a company that is keen to sponsor, then please let any of the committee members know.
